COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Logitek VDA622D 115I parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the MDSDHV22020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PNOZ83S1O manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3TK2804OBB4 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand PNOZX29P24VDC3NO1NC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as A5E00825002 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3TF51110AL2 made by Siemens as well as the popular PM911C original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XPSAK351144 by Schneider and A5E00825002 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RGC3P60I65EDFP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi. |
