COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell GKRA40L6A2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Industrial-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leybold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lockheed-Martin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Industrial-Dynamics such as the 197214PC19 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMOVE1250 manufactured by Leybold and we are pleased to be able to service most Leybold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L503000362 by Manufacturer Lockheed-Martin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand PNOZM1PETH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilz such as PU3Z120240VAC3no1nC6so equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IRT1410 made by Reis as well as the popular MS27997D2 original spares produced by Leach Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PSWZF24VDC2no1nc2so by Pilz and PU3Z120240VAC3no1nC6so spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 774085 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz. |
