COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hitachi K30N-EPJEMAC3-1-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shamrock parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the K30NEPJEMAC310 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TC1D9511L6 manufactured by Shamrock and we are pleased to be able to service most Shamrock systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC2D09G7 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Scheider-Electric Brand LC1D40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as LC1D12U7 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SH4SH8 made by Aeg as well as the popular LEN01B002024A original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LC1D6511 by Scheider-Electric and LC1D12U7 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MP0AAE2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
