COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique LC1D150 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elobau parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Scheider-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the LEN00B004240A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 462183 manufactured by Elobau and we are pleased to be able to service most Elobau systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC1D4 by Manufacturer Scheider-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asea Brand TA25DU32201SAZ211401R1053 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yagi such as UKCC018208 equipment made by Yagi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yagi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yagi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TYPE346 made by George-Fischer as well as the popular MC1AB00ATJAC original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OKYM3G21 by Stromberg and UKCC018208 spares by Yagi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UKC10403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yagi. |
