COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hitachi 68E3.140740 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the BD15AFANE20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 751177 manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 775600 by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Panasonic Brand AGN200A4HZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Coto-Technology such as 220405401 equipment made by Coto-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Coto-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Coto-Technology" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD2835D made by Magnetek-Gemco-Electric as well as the popular 51309148175 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RM7840G1014 by Honeywell and 220405401 spares by Coto-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ICRMC2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marine-Electric-Systems. |
