COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 12HEA61V38X2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metrabyte products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lucas-Ledex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metrabyte such as the PC6302 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 172685001 manufactured by Lucas-Ledex and we are pleased to be able to service most Lucas-Ledex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G3MB202PEG4DC20MA by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ime-Antivibr Brand CW13IME94080438 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensall such as SE00110 equipment made by Sensall have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensall products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensall" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Z4100 made by Klockner-Moeller as well as the popular SFF201B1A original spares produced by General-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR7CG by Ge and SE00110 spares by Sensall are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC3603A177CG6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer General-Electric. |
