COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge-fanuc IC697MDL940 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hurco products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 General-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hurco such as the 4150224 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12PVD21D1A manufactured by General-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12PJC11AV1A by Manufacturer General-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leach Brand VS187 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Inventron such as 96500015 equipment made by Inventron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Inventron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Inventron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SR469P1HIA20TH made by Ge as well as the popular 12IJD52A11A original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HiOR130L200 by Hyundai and 96500015 spares by Inventron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L8124G1020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
