COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ktron 9191001060A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Raytheon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leach product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the 46S040220010R00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3002675901 manufactured by Raytheon and we are pleased to be able to service most Raytheon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M83726281000S by Manufacturer Leach as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand PNOZX324VACDC774310 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilz such as 774080 equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PMA3422D10513038043022115 made by Logitek as well as the popular A566181 original spares produced by Price Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VS187 by Leach and 774080 spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XPSBF1132 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
