COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC600 CB515Q parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gettys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the ID6831066 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M305DA01102 manufactured by Gettys and we are pleased to be able to service most Gettys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC071B0PS4C095A0WI520LVS001 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC697CPU781HB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as IPC402G4A512NP8CNDNNFW equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAL365006290 made by Square-D as well as the popular MAC093B0JS3C110A0S001 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC754VSF12CTDFC by Fanuc and IPC402G4A512NP8CNDNNFW spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS200SCTTG1AAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
