COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc CDC1 44A392678-G01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sony products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sony such as the DABK3005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFT801M3S manufactured by Fec and we are pleased to be able to service most Fec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM75E3Y24H by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand CPS160480YAX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hydraulic-Valve-Division such as D1FHE80MCNBJ0020X6049 equipment made by Hydraulic-Valve-Division have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hydraulic-Valve-Division products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hydraulic-Valve-Division" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CVM1CPU21EV2 made by Omron as well as the popular CV433HFAT2 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRF7U27P5 by Yaskawa and D1FHE80MCNBJ0020X6049 spares by Hydraulic-Valve-Division are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM150TU12F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
