COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the CJ2MCPU34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CV500MC421 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLV6506120 by Manufacturer Sick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand CM900DU24NF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as CM165YE412F equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CPS150F made by Yaskawa as well as the popular CM600DY12NF original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM100TJ24F by Mitsubishi and CM165YE412F spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DH6011X1GA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount.
