COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor ZD18H410 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Battery-Power-Supply products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bauer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Battery-Power-Supply such as the KL4030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BK6021V manufactured by Bauer and we are pleased to be able to service most Bauer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RPK2101 by Manufacturer Balluff as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bardac Brand powerPLX185 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Barber-Colman such as 41AA23001212003 equipment made by Barber-Colman have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PBL24 made by Barden as well as the popular LEDRB100X200N original spares produced by Banner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAH1CVP1 by Banner and 41AA23001212003 spares by Barber-Colman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC26 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner-Engineering.
