COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor WBSM100B 275CA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vbc-440 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Perske product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the USAGED20LS2K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VBC440 manufactured by Vbc-440 and we are pleased to be able to service most Vbc-440 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS31092 by Manufacturer Perske as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bonfigioli Brand VF30F2P63B14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as VACMML1175R156C equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USAGED30AS2SE made by Yaskawa as well as the popular VM7013 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VECP2332T by Baldor and VACMML1175R156C spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WA4M332D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brook. |
