COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor STF-258-30-A-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Berger-Lahr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Techniques product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 83048804 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WS5528100WS5528100 manufactured by Berger-Lahr and we are pleased to be able to service most Berger-Lahr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHE490CONS0000 by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand 95008606M210R14ICD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bosch such as DS15K6111D1070084440106 equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 96012423 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular BUM60 original spares produced by Baumuller Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IQDP40008793C07G01 by Cutler-Hammer and DS15K6111D1070084440106 spares by Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PM12C546D14695 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cmc. |
