COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor STF-225-60-A-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Systronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Zebra product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Systronics such as the 89053181 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TXT105 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30813 by Manufacturer Zebra as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand WDF91805B5G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Force such as TS31703 equipment made by Force have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Force products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Force" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UP6UP6 made by Motoman as well as the popular U12DF original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 196259 by Allen-bradley and TS31703 spares by Force are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 99020068 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
