COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor S2P117W009G1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bregenhorn-Butow product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the R602838BA812 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R911343138 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S161B040R000 by Manufacturer Bregenhorn-Butow as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bayside Brand PG115100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fadal such as REM0119GM4050 equipment made by Fadal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fadal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fadal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S2000 made by Reliance as well as the popular PE365T754 original spares produced by North-American Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R43GCNAR2NSNV00 by Pacific-Scientific and REM0119GM4050 spares by Fadal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RDM59950 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Berger-Lahr. |
