COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor Q202Y025N056L1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Custom-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Maxon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the N34062H00AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NB892R1201 manufactured by Custom-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Custom-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OvenpackII by Manufacturer Maxon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand P48E3050MCR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as mtr3n33gr0nsa equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NR425010 made by Bayside as well as the popular P4D34FB8A original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSTT172CF00 by Api-Controls and mtr3n33gr0nsa spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PSE3760070 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
