COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor Q176Y010M056L1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bayside products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bayside such as the NR23S010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS90657TLSS4213 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OIKXV60588TIKF by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand P18G4902AJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Panasonic such as MSMA082A3A equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PG115030 made by Bayside as well as the popular PS200 original spares produced by Pumpsmart Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NSI02D by New-Power-Electronics and MSMA082A3A spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT4237102BF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cmc. |
