COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor Q176Y010M056L1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the PS1306120PPMB3736 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NSI54RL manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS130650PLSS4558 by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand N56372H000AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as PS90638PLSS4074 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT704B291A1001 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular MTR3N21HR0NSA original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PK264A2SG36 by Folungwin and PS90638PLSS4074 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSMAQ21A1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
