COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor MOO80654067 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Avtron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the MA94875 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC071C0GS4C095B0WI522LVS001 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M727 by Manufacturer Avtron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD090CN040N2M110GA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo such as M818058RST1X equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC063D0FS4C095B0WI517LV made by Indramat as well as the popular MCS09F38RS0P1B14NST5S00NR0SU original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MACM511EM80 by Api and M818058RST1X spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDI1FRD27C7EQ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
