COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor JMEWDM3713T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shibaura parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the ISH1003004400000000100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ID11005 manufactured by Shibaura and we are pleased to be able to service most Shibaura systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HNF011AM900E0051A480NNNN by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ultimate Brand JD1S34AMK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as HD20112 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GH made by Peaken as well as the popular HAFF13BG1 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HFSP2024BK by Mitsubishi and HD20112 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GCL804P2336CS00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gonzalez. |
