COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor IHH510-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eurothrem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lm64p83 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurothrem such as the 590L049091102010704000195000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AD009044 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LM64P83 by Manufacturer Lm64p83 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Minarik Brand RG100UB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Festo such as DPZ2580PA equipment made by Festo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Festo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Festo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1DYN5 made by Dayton as well as the popular OD111033BTU original spares produced by Invertek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5V568K1PLDD08A by Force and DPZ2580PA spares by Festo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3135 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fincor. |
