COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor IHH440-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beckhoff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beckhoff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckhoff such as the AM30530K400000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLA2412300TP200 manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AX52030000 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bosch Brand D64711 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bernard such as 0A8M02596034 equipment made by Bernard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bernard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bernard" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 513506211 made by Bosch as well as the popular AX51010000 original spares produced by Beckhoff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 811066 by Charmilles-Robofil and 0A8M02596034 spares by Bernard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0608830109SE110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bosch. |
