COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor ID15V507-WR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cromealox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Comau-Pico parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Barber-Colman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cromealox such as the TM030315M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GSX400602XXXCM1258XH39520 manufactured by Comau-Pico and we are pleased to be able to service most Comau-Pico systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80CN32001102V0080CN32001102V00 by Manufacturer Barber-Colman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Benshaw Brand RSI040S44W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cleveland such as DM12 equipment made by Cleveland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cleveland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cleveland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP2202 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular SRA3009306014000 original spares produced by Bosch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30Y0BECID6 by Bodine and DM12 spares by Cleveland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AZMR4AL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cem. |
