COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor ID15H505-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carrier parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the MDD071CN040N2T095GB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HD52GK208 manufactured by Carrier and we are pleased to be able to service most Carrier systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NTL2P10610ZS50 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cd-Automation Brand CD3000M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bosch such as FWAEC0DR3SGP03VRSMS equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AZMR4AL made by Cem as well as the popular MAC063B original spares produced by Bosch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SV9020AS6M0A00 by Cutler-Hammer and FWAEC0DR3SGP03VRSMS spares by Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AM30411E400000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beckhoff. |
