COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor FLEXPAX3000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hitachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the G85139E1721A894 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IO128A21020000 manufactured by Hitachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Hitachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JANCDBB03 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress--Hauser Brand FTL71RAM2CB4E5AN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as HND3800T33W equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC5005TBN0000 made by Fanuc as well as the popular IC670ALG320 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JZNCXRK01WCPS150FampXCP01C by Yaskawa and HND3800T33W spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC697CPX782FD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
