COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor F721-10-SB5-G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Talyrond-300 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ez-Limo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Talyrond-300 such as the D2601106 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZSM6E040A manufactured by Ez-Limo and we are pleased to be able to service most Ez-Limo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DFT80N4KSS47DT80WN4KS by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand E42HLFALSKNS03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo such as DFSM2030502A equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E561297X8159 made by Ohio-Electric-Motor as well as the popular EC056S13000 original spares produced by Antek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EB104B03052 by Force-Control and DFSM2030502A spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DRE100L2FFLN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
