COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor EM7014T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Martin-Cougar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Martin-Cougar such as the D3950 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EM41031 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CWDM3538 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand E32ZSF182T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as EM2555TS12 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EB104B03052 made by Force-Control as well as the popular E34HRHPLNKNS00 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DT115030 by Thompson and EM2555TS12 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D172403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westwind.
