COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor Cat #CM7014 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the B0034FLF2UYW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMR2005TCD00CEA001 manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B31JR60BY012 by Manufacturer Us-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand BSM63N175AFX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyoda such as AP5M200XXC1 equipment made by Toyoda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyoda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyoda" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C145T34FK38A made by Leeson as well as the popular C21D00A10A00 original spares produced by Contraves Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C218MDG14TS by Tri-glover and AP5M200XXC1 spares by Toyoda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BAV1G24C8192C6A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumer. |
