COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor CSSWDM3554 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tai-Shi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stober product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tai-Shi such as the bTS20132013 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSSEWDM3555T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C402N0310 by Manufacturer Stober as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand BSM80C375BF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsudakoma such as CACRA5A5TF1B equipment made by Tsudakoma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsudakoma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsudakoma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BN2323GU03CHG made by Moog as well as the popular CGD21R original spares produced by Gould Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM80B175BA by Baldor and CACRA5A5TF1B spares by Tsudakoma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BPH0952N5AF2CA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
