COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor CM3558 C216MD56-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Industrial-Drives products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moog parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Oriental product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Industrial-Drives such as the BR45021001F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BN2328EF01CHG manufactured by Moog and we are pleased to be able to service most Moog systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BHF62ST100RH by Manufacturer Oriental as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand CD328ATCY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dunkermotoren such as BG65X50 equipment made by Dunkermotoren have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dunkermotoren products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dunkermotoren" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM3558C216MD56S made by Baldor as well as the popular BE5A original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEM3556T35AA002M497G1G475 by Baldor and BG65X50 spares by Dunkermotoren are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CGC07TB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
