COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor CEWDM3558T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Num-Servomac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cmc such as the BMR4045THHT107D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMR4045ATB00HSDAD manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMS19023630L by Manufacturer Num-Servomac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand C899A4450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as B79C0952 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C646 made by Marathon as well as the popular B77C1116X original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B204B39016 by Kollmorgen and B79C0952 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLSW27P515F440 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
