COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor CDPWD3445 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Num products, including obsoleted and phased-out Japan-Servo-Co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Num such as the BPH0754N5TA2C01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BS90BM20D003 manufactured by Japan-Servo-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most Japan-Servo-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLMS125E60TNA by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand B104A32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as CACFW080070T5060EON1A1Z equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BSM63A233AA made by Baldor as well as the popular BPH1902N5BA2C1 original spares produced by Num Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C02F008M by Us-Motor and CACFW080070T5060EON1A1Z spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C6T11FB2F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
