COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor BSM90B-4100 IHX MTR-0146 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Num product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the BM3554T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BK215TTDC6026AA manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BPH0754N5TA2C01 by Manufacturer Num as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nsk Brand ASO408FN532 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as ACM2N9480426 equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BSM63A375BA made by Baldor as well as the popular AY2 original spares produced by Sm-beier Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AB943169 by Superior and ACM2N9480426 spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSM80B150BA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
