COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor BSM80N-4SPLCAX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leroy-Somer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Num-Servomac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leroy-Somer such as the B21LQ2FQ04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMS19023630L manufactured by Num-Servomac and we are pleased to be able to service most Num-Servomac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A8600304T111 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand B81A0875 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cmc such as BMR4045ATB00HSDAD equipment made by Cmc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cmc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cmc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BSM80N150AA made by Baldor as well as the popular BDG636001030W141200065 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AKM42JEKC2201 by Danaher and BMR4045ATB00HSDAD spares by Cmc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AKM24CANB2200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
