COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor BSM6F6-75-C-MOD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Berkeley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the BLMH201E20T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLH100E12S manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B54610 by Manufacturer Berkeley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Radicon Brand AA510 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as BLMH101E12S equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BLMC50J30TB made by Okuma as well as the popular ACB09M45S original spares produced by Contraves-Acb09m45/s Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BL7016251X006A by Modicon and BLMH101E12S spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B412 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gemini. |
