COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor BSM100N-4250AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gidding--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dunkermotoren product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gidding--Lewis such as the BrushlessMotor spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BSH1401P11A2A manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BG62X608884203291 by Manufacturer Dunkermotoren as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand BA36285822956BC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as BPH0751N5AA2LA1 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B20350011 made by Sem as well as the popular BLMH101E12S original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the APEX606MO25 by Parker and BPH0751N5AA2LA1 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AF399443 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner. |
