COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor BSM100N-3240AFP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the BSM100B2150AAX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B77C7374M manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A6C17FR10E by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Limitorque Brand B44V7016MVJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bauer such as BK1063LDU09LA4C2AMSP equipment made by Bauer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bauer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bauer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BMU1S2AFCR made by Emerson as well as the popular B204B11 original spares produced by Goldline-/-Kollmogern Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BALDORACBSM90N175AA by Baldor and BK1063LDU09LA4C2AMSP spares by Bauer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AR60C121BA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teijin-Seiki-Vigo-Servo. |
