COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor BSM100A-275 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Huttinger product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance-Electric such as the CMI3647868 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS200IIBDG1ACA manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CONTROLLER42 by Manufacturer Huttinger as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3828BH9GR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electric such as F31X302DCIAGG1 equipment made by Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM3P5iQ76 made by Ampro as well as the popular CACRSR44BC1BFY279 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSG71S by Baumuller and F31X302DCIAGG1 spares by Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D0130DED0130DEDX8136LG3852TG792402460881 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro. |
