COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor BC29D7A380-CO1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Techniques product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the U040203006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 51850SX15U2201 manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UNI1203LV by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bosch Brand DS15K3301D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bryant such as Bryant09F4S1DM220220V15KW equipment made by Bryant have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bryant products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bryant" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FWAEC0DR3SGP03VRSMS made by Bosch as well as the popular GD2000E original spares produced by Cegelec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RSi010S42W by Benshaw and Bryant09F4S1DM220220V15KW spares by Bryant are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CC450ARVDT11FMC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlen. |
