COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 802220-12RG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress--Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A06B0312B065 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 864140005002MG1E manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 83150AFTAAAAAL2AK by Manufacturer Endress--Hauser as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Symax Brand 8030RIM125S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A05B2400C061 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 94620163040016014 made by Xycom as well as the popular 9080LBC363206 original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 86010100 by Meggitt-Avionics and A05B2400C061 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8422170000PF3007GHW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atlas-Capco. |
