COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 75J034W023G1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Simpleservo-With-Gam-Epl-Gearhead product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 4Z062A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6052974001AE manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 52420321 by Manufacturer Simpleservo-With-Gam-Epl-Gearhead as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 5KE324KFC205C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as 606603810 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7056054204 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 5N2500M original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 66928QU132S6B by Brown-Boveri and 606603810 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6KES3PTF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
