COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 37G814T860H1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pfeiffer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Qmc-Tech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pfeiffer such as the 205SDMLAM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 33DCM17371 manufactured by Qmc-Tech and we are pleased to be able to service most Qmc-Tech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2Z842 by Manufacturer Dayton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 1PH71017NF020BJ0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beck such as 20220122 equipment made by Beck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beck" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 28E062W247G1 made by Baldor as well as the popular 36R241868 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2C26870G01 by Ge and 20220122 spares by Beck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 254TTFNA4076AB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
