COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 37G261X948G1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynacorp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vernitron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynacorp such as the 30419628 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 23TRX6B manufactured by Vernitron and we are pleased to be able to service most Vernitron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1TRZ1 by Manufacturer Dayton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 36E35107K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 1PH61014NF49Z equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20HP made by Reliance as well as the popular 200421bd804 original spares produced by Doerr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20Q15L56 by Baldor and 1PH61014NF49Z spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35J302P667G1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
