COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 36K584W692C1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rotron-/-Fha-Inc. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leroy-Somer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rotron-/-Fha-Inc. such as the 2002B50015 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3LS80LT manufactured by Leroy-Somer and we are pleased to be able to service most Leroy-Somer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2M170D by Manufacturer Dayton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand 2006DPSB31AP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sigma such as 214270D200F06B equipment made by Sigma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sigma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sigma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2AD100DB05OR5AS03A2N1 made by Rexroth as well as the popular 23Q40L56 original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1LPP5 by Dayton and 214270D200F06B spares by Sigma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1PH71017NF020BJ0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
