COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 36H178W425 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elprom-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 35T9951709G1022116083 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 33200B210HP1800215TC manufactured by Elprom-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Elprom-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1LA91852YK701AD by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Falk Brand 204UCBN2AA12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sem such as 30M459 equipment made by Sem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 35Q50R56 made by Baldor as well as the popular 20BM220MBP01 original spares produced by Sanyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 365382Z110 by Baldor and 30M459 spares by Sem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 316P758 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ao-Smith. |
