COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 36G742W385G1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Qmc-Tech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elektrim product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 26Q15L56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 33DCM17371 manufactured by Qmc-Tech and we are pleased to be able to service most Qmc-Tech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 34NFM31512 by Manufacturer Elektrim as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand 2AD100DB050B4AS03C2N1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Daytronic such as 3170CPN60326 equipment made by Daytronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daytronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daytronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2721781819G1 made by Baldor as well as the popular 203424D200F18 original spares produced by Finnigan Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20BM040HXDT0 by Sanyo and 3170CPN60326 spares by Daytronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 220055A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dtnetic-Systems. |
