COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 35A013-1272G2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electric-Motor-Service-/-Bodine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electric-Motor-Service-/-Bodine such as the 34B3BEBLW4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FT50740AF01Z manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20BM220MBP01 by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thompson Brand 32513760C790 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 1FT60646AF713AA1 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1HU31040AD010ZZ9Z made by Siemens as well as the popular 20HP original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33200A475HP1800213TC by Elprom-Motors and 1FT60646AF713AA1 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 33200B210HP3600215T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elprom-Motors. |
