COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 34L088X269-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thompson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 26Q07R56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1LPW8 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 32513760C790 by Manufacturer Thompson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 25E570W026G1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fancu such as 1OSP3000A06B0373B069 equipment made by Fancu have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fancu products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fancu" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2LM80405NA10 made by Siemens as well as the popular 1L533 original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 215TTFC6026 by Marathon and 1OSP3000A06B0373B069 spares by Fancu are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2FMG3MO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eim. |
