COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 32Y4BEPM-W3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 280609498D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FT60414AF713EG0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FT60868AH714EE1 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 2NKY7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leroy-Somer such as 3LS90LCO equipment made by Leroy-Somer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leroy-Somer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leroy-Somer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 30HPTEFC286T made by Toshiba as well as the popular 1L4511FR original spares produced by Delco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24E547W160G1 by Baldor and 3LS90LCO spares by Leroy-Somer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1LA90734 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bege. |
